At the Parque de Atracciones de Madrid we take care of every last detail to make your visit easier and ensure you only need to worry about enjoying our attractions. With our services we aim to offer everything you need for a fantastic day, full of fun and unforgettable memories.
There is one ATM available at the park, so you can always keep your money at hand. You can find it at the park’s Main Entrance.
Men and women’s toilets with baby-changing facilities can be found at Information (main entrance), Abismo (Machinery zone), Fiordos (Nature zone), Bumper Cars (Nickelodeon kids’ zone), Star Flyer (Tranquillity zone) and at the Puerta de Batán.
We’re available to help you manage your Bono Parques at the Bono Parques Centre at the main entrance, from Saturday to Thursday from 11:00 to 14:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and on Fridays from 10:00 to 15:00.
Take the little ones for a ride on our great little cars which you can park at the stops located across the parks. Our ride-on cars can be rented for €11 (plus €4 deposit) at the Customer Service Office.
At our two entrances we provide a secure space to store your belongings and avoid any loss or damage. We offer two sizes: small lockers, capable of storing up to three backpacks, which cost €7 and can be rented directly. Large lockers can store up to six backpacks, for €10, and can be rented from the Customer Service Office with a deposit of €5.

Don’t get soaked when you enjoy our water attractions. We offer fast-drying machines next to the Aserradero (Machinery zone), Los Rápidos (Nature zone) and Splash Bash (Nickelodeon kids’ zone). This is a paid service.
In our Customer Service Office, next to the main entrance, we collect and return lost objects.
We offer a breastfeeding room in the Customer Service Office (main entrance) for the comfort of all families.
Beside the Customer Service Office (main entrance) you’ll find our first-aid service with a first-aid kid and a healthcare assistant to respond to any emergencies.
