La Jungla

La Jungla is a themed boat ride through the green heart of the jungle. You can see the indigenous tribes and wild animals who live there, as well as the temples where humans make all kinds of sacrifices... You´re going to find myths and legends, ancient cultures and lots of details on this journey in the Tranquility zone.

This very special jungle channel is part of the first generation of rides at the Parque de Atracciones de Madrid. During its long history, we have remodelled it every so often, although without changing its name (since it's a park classic). Its rustic wooden boats invite us to discover other more primitive communities, the way of life in tropical forests; it's an educational and very relaxing trip where the river meanders whilst you listen to the sounds of the creatures which live in the jungle (gorillas, rhinos, monkeys, elephants...). The ride on La Jungla is exceptionally slow so you can revel in the theme of the channel, the exotic surroundings and the presence of the animals. Acoustic and visual effects on a trip where the exceptional figure of John Clayton won't be missing. Does this ring a bell? It’s Tarzan! *Children smaller than 140 centimetres must be accompanied by an adult in the same boat.
