The ticket price for disabled people is integrated into the Discounted Ticket Price. You can buy them from our website or from the ticket offices at our parks. In addition to admission, tickets for disabled people also include free entry for an accompanying person. You will need to present your ID and an official disability card (33% or above). The person accompanying the disabled person must be the same throughout the day of the visit and will need to enter the park at the same time as the disabled person.
Read the Parque de Atracciones de Madrid Guide for Disabled People where you will find all the information you need about special prices, parking and access to the rides without architectural barriers for visitors with reduced mobility or a physical or intellectual disability.
You will also have priority access to the rides, for which you will need to present your ID and an official disability card (33% or above). An identification wristband will be given to grant priority access for all the rides to the disabled person + 1 accompanying person on the day of their visit. The disabled person will always need to use the ride with their accompanying person to take advantage of the priority access.
