Park rules

1. VISITOR’S RESPONSIBILITY

Safety is a shared responsibility. We expect visitors to Parque de Atracciones de Madrid (hereinafter the “Park”) to act responsibly and with good judgment, ensuring their own health and safety and that of the persons under their care, especially minors, whom they must supervise at all times as their guarantors, as well as the health and safety of other visitors.

In this regard, visitors must (i) READ, COMPLY WITH AND RESPECT all written rules, indications, warnings and recommendations, as well as all instructions and directions provided by our staff, and (ii) make APPROPRIATE AND RESPONSIBLE USE of the leisure facilities and the safety equipment that, where applicable, may be provided to them.

Each visitor undertakes to maintain civil and considerate behavior, and is obliged to (i) treat with respect other visitors, Park staff and the facilities themselves, and (ii) preserve and respect the flora and fauna of the surrounding environment.

Visitors who, at the discretion of Park staff, breach these operating rules, fail to follow staff instructions and/or act irresponsibly and/or disrespectfully towards other visitors and/or Park staff, may be expelled from the Park without the right to claim any refund. In addition, if such visitors are holders of any season pass for leisure parks managed by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS (“Bono Parques”), measures may be applied consisting of withdrawal or cancellation of the Bono Parques for serious breaches, or temporary withdrawal or suspension of the Bono Parques for minor breaches, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this product, available at https://www.bonoparques.es/terminos-y-condiciones.

Finally, it should be noted that the Park reserves the right to report such conduct to the competent authorities.

Please consult at all times the specific guides and rules displayed at the entrance of each leisure facility, as well as these Park operating rules.

To this end, it is also essential that visitors responsible for persons who cannot properly read or understand the written rules, indications, warnings and/or recommendations (for example, minors or persons with disabilities) explain them and remind them whenever necessary, without prejudice to the assistance that Park staff may provide where necessary. The Park provides specific information for visitors with disabilities: https://www.parquedeatracciones.es/prepara-tu-visita/personas-y-servicios/personas-con-discapacidad

2. USAGE CONDITIONS FOR THE RIDES AND FACILITIES

IMPORTANT! Evaluate your physical and emotional condition BEFORE just “going for it”

The Park’s attractions and other facilities can provide our visitors with wonderful memories and exciting fun!

However, please be reminded that attractions and water facilities may also involve adrenaline-pumping activities that place your body under stress through various forces (centrifugal and centripetal), acceleration, speed, rapid and unpredictable movements, which may push you in different directions and may cause, among other things, muscle tension and strain in the neck and back, as well as increased heart rate and blood pressure.

For this reason, it is VERY IMPORTANT that:

 • YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE, OR ALLOW PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE TO PARTICIPATE, IN ANY ATTRACTION, ACTIVITY OR WATER FACILITY IF YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, MEDICATION OR ANY OTHER NARCOTIC SUBSTANCE THAT MAY AFFECT HEALTH, SENSES, MENTAL ACUITY, REFLEXES OR COORDINATION.
 • YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE, OR ALLOW PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE TO PARTICIPATE, IN ANY ATTRACTION, ACTIVITY OR WATER FACILITY IF YOU SUFFER FROM, HAVE SUFFERED FROM, OR BELIEVE THAT YOU MAY SUFFER FROM ANY MEDICAL CONDITION, PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEM OR INJURY, INCLUDING – WITHOUT LIMITATION – HEART, NEUROLOGICAL, MUSCULAR, BACK, NECK, BONE, JOINT, TENDON, LIGAMENT, BRAIN, EYE OR EAR INJURIES, OR ANY OTHER ILLNESS OR INJURY THAT MAY BE TRIGGERED OR WORSENED BY THE USE OF THE ATTRACTION OR PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY.
 • UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED BY YOUR DOCTOR, YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE, OR ALLOW PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE TO PARTICIPATE, IN ANY ATTRACTION, ACTIVITY OR WATER FACILITY IF YOU ARE PREGNANT (OR SUSPECT THAT YOU MAY BE), IF YOU HAVE UNDERGONE SURGERY IN RECENT MONTHS, OR IF YOU ARE STILL CONVALESCING OR RECOVERING FROM ANY ILLNESS, PAIN, TREATMENT OR MEDICAL PROCEDURE.

ONLY YOU CAN DETERMINE WHETHER YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT TO SAFELY PARTICIPATE IN AN ATTRACTION OR OTHER ACTIVITY.

THE PARK CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR HEALTH OR THAT OF PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE. THEREFORE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY (I) TO ENSURE THAT YOU OR PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE ARE IN A SUITABLE STATE AND CONDITION TO USE THE ATTRACTIONS, ACTIVITIES OR WATER FACILITIES, AND (II) TO VERIFY THAT BOTH YOU AND PERSONS UNDER YOUR CARE MEET THE AGE, WEIGHT AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITATIONS ESTABLISHED IN THESE OPERATING RULES AND IN THE SPECIFIC INFORMATION DISPLAYED AT THE ENTRANCE OF EACH ATTRACTION, ACTIVITY OR WATER FACILITY.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ASSUME THE RISKS OF ANY ATTRACTION, ACTIVITY OR WATER FACILITY IN WHICH YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, OUR STAFF WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.
