I. OWNERSHIP OF THE PORTAL 

PARQUES REUNIDOS SERVICIOS CENTRALES, S.A. (hereinafter, "PARQUES REUNIDOS") with registered office in Madrid, Federico Mompou, 5, Parque Empresarial "Las Tablas", Edificio 1 - Planta 3ª, 28050, C.I.F. A-84.885.441 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid in Volume 23.506, Folio 58, Page M-421.702 is the owner of the domain https://www.parquedeatracciones.es/, as well as the portal and its contents (hereinafter, the "Portal") and makes it available to the Users, in order to provide information to them about the products and offers of PARQUES REUNIDOS and its subsidiaries (hereinafter, the "PARQUES REUNIDOS GROUP"), as well as to allow the provision of different services for the purchase of tickets or any other type of products through the Portal as well as, if applicable, to make available to the Users, the information related to the different contact forms, newsletters, contests, games, surveys, etc. of GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS.

Notwithstanding the above, the contracting of the different products and services offered through this Portal shall be carried out by PARQUE DE ATRACCIONES MADRID, S.A.U., a company of GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS which operates through the Portal and is the owner of the management of Parque de Atracciones de Madrid and, therefore, responsible for the sale and/or management of all products and/or services related to Parque de Atracciones de Madrid. The identification data of PARQUE DE ATRACCIONES MADRID, S.A.U. are the following:

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general contracting conditions shall expressly regulate the relations arising between GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS and the Users who contract the provision of the services or products offered through the Portal (hereinafter, the "General Contracting Conditions").

These General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Law 7/1998, of April 13, 1998, on General Terms and Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 6/2020, of November 11, 2002, regulating certain aspects of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 6/2020, of November 11, regulating certain aspects of electronic trust services, and any other applicable legal provisions.

These General Terms and Conditions are accessible at all times in the on-line purchase section of the PARQUES REUNIDOS Portal and can be printed and/or stored by the User.

1. INFORMATION PRIOR TO CONTRACTING  

The purpose of these General Contracting Conditions is to regulate the general conditions for the provision of the services offered by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS through the Portal and, in particular, of the services that GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS currently provides and which are the object of contracting with the Users, the service of sale of certain types of tickets and season passes of the leisure parks managed by GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS as well as, if applicable, of other products offered through the Portal. 

The service of sale of tickets and season passes of GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS, as well as any other products offered through the Portal, is of an onerous nature, and the price of each product (including taxes) in euros, as well as the applicable promotions and discounts, will be those determined at all times on the Portal. At the moment of making the purchase, the total price will be indicated in the Portal, breaking down, if applicable, the increases or discounts/promotions applied, the expenses that, if applicable, are charged to the User and other additional expenses for accessory services or use of different means of payment. 

Access to the information contained in the Portal is not subject to any payment. 

The User understands that the information contained in the Portal, the general information on the product catalog, as well as the other products or services offered on the Portal and the General Conditions of Contract and the completion of the contract, are sufficient and sufficient for the exclusion of error in the formation of consent. 

1.1 Formalities 

In order to proceed with the use of the different purchase services offered on the Portal, the User must follow all the indications and instructions given at each moment of the purchase process on the screens used for this purpose, filling in the information required by the forms set in the Portal, which will imply the prior reading, understanding and acceptance of all the General Contracting Conditions and particular conditions set in the same, so that the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered in the PURCHASE section of the Portal. 

The rights and obligations of the User, both during the acquisition of the products and services, as well as once acquired, are also subject to the provisions of these General Conditions of Contract, the general conditions of use of the Portal and the corresponding Special Conditions of Contract, as well as the Operating Rules.

The User will formalize his purchase by means of the fulfillment of all the phases established in the section of PURCHASE and its telematic shipment. These General Conditions of Contract with, where appropriate, their corresponding Special Conditions of Contract, will become part of the contract with the User at the time of express acceptance by the same, manifested through the completion and submission of the purchase data entered in the section of PURCHASE. 

Access to the Portal and the use of any of the services of the Portal implies the acceptance by the User, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of the General Conditions of Use of the Portal, as well as of the General Contracting Conditions and, if applicable, of the Specific Contracting Conditions that, made available to the User prior to the formalization of his purchase, govern the acquisition of tickets or season passes and/or any other products and services offered through the Portal at any given time. 

The User declares to have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by these General Contracting Conditions, as well as to use and, if applicable, contract through the Portal, in accordance with the Particular Contracting Conditions that may be applicable in each case. Regarding all of them, the User declares to know, understand and accept them in their entirety. The use of the products acquired by the User, either for his own consumption or for third parties, will be carried out under the User's responsibility. 

1.2 Documentation and language 

The present General Terms and Conditions are accessible at any time in the on-line PURCHASE section of the PARQUES REUNIDOS Portal and can be printed and stored by the User. 

In the case of the purchase of tickets, once the purchase process is completed, the User will receive, within the following twenty-four (24) hours or the legal term applicable at that time, via email a receipt of purchase (the "Ticket") with a unique code (bar code) that will be the entrance to the leisure park. This ticket, if printed, may not be manipulated or damaged as it would be immediately cancelled. 

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Special Conditions of Contract, the ticket purchased through the Portal for a specific date will be valid only for that date. 

In the case of the purchase of season passes or any other products and/or services offered through the Portal other than the purchase of tickets, the User will also receive, within the following twenty-four (24) hours or the legal term applicable at that time, via email the purchase receipt (also referred to as "Ticket"). Likewise, in the Portal you will be informed of the Particular Conditions of Contracting of the referred products or services prior to their contracting. 

With the issuance of the Ticket, all the requirements for the provision of the invoice replacement document are understood to be fulfilled, in accordance with Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30, which approves the Regulations governing invoicing obligations. 

Once the purchase process made available through the Portal has been completed and the corresponding Ticket has been obtained, no changes or refunds will be admitted except in the cases expressly stated in the Specific Conditions of Contract and/or provided for in the applicable regulations, and the User may contact the reservations department (contacta@parquedeatracciones.es). 

These General Terms and Conditions are written in Spanish language and the purchase process will be carried out in the aforementioned language. 

1.3 Technical means 

The Portal will make available to the User all the technical means necessary to identify and correct errors in the introduction of their data in the different forms that will appear on the screen during the purchase process. 

1.4 Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Business 

The present General Contracting Conditions are those in force since the date of their last update (indicated at the end of this document). GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS reserves the right to modify at any time, in accordance with the requirements of good faith, balance and transparency, the present General Contracting Conditions or, if applicable, the Particular Contracting Conditions, which may be applicable, as well as any other general or particular conditions, regulations of use or notices that may be applicable, in which case they shall come into force from their publication and shall be applicable exclusively to users who access the Portal after the aforementioned date. For clarification purposes, in the event that the present General Contracting Conditions are modified, in strict observance of the regulations applicable to the protection of consumers and users, GRUPO PARQUES REUNIDOS will respect the commitments and agreements acquired with users before the referred modification that are applicable. 

In any case, before contracting products or services, you can always consult the General Conditions of Contract and, where appropriate, the Special Conditions of Contract that may be applicable. Likewise, it reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and location of the Portal, as well as the contents and the conditions required to use them. 

1.5 Exchanges and returns. Right of withdrawal 

Unless expressly stated in the Particular Conditions of Contract of the product or service purchased, no changes or refunds shall be admitted with respect to those products that have a specific date -or a specific period- for their enjoyment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. 

In other words, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product due to the nature of the product. 

1.6 Price and means of payment. 

The Price of the products selected by the User is reflected prior to purchase and includes taxes.

The price is shown at the time prior to purchase and once the User has added all the products he/she wishes to purchase. It includes all applicable taxes.

The means of payment accepted by the Portal are: -subject to the limitations established in the applicable regulations- bank debit or credit card (specifically, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro), Amazon Pay or any other payment platforms enabled by PARQUES REUNIDOS at any given time.

Certain means of payment supported by the Portal may also take the form of credit transactions. In particular, these are short-term credit operations (whose repayment period does not generally exceed three months), under the common denomination of "Buy now, pay later" or "BNPL". In these cases, PARQUES REUNIDOS shall in no case act as financier of the purchase, which shall be offered by an independent credit institution, without the intervention of PARQUES REUNIDOS. Neither shall PARQUES REUNIDOS act as a credit intermediary between the financing entity and the User, either directly or subsidiarily, and therefore PARQUES REUNIDOS shall neither assist nor advise the User in making decisions on financing.

If you choose to use BNPL services to finance your purchases at PARQUES REUNIDOS, you should bear in mind that this is a credit agreement in which you assume a payment obligation with a third party other than PARQUES REUNIDOS. For these purposes, you should also consider that resorting to external financing options may provide you with greater flexibility and convenience in meeting your financial needs, although it may also increase the risk of over-indebtedness, which could generate additional costs or take a long time to settle.

PARQUES REUNIDOS guarantees that it has appropriate measures in place and that they comply with the security standards that current technology allows, such as the "Verisign" system. Access to transactional services and those that include the capture of personal data is done in a secure environment using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with high security encryption of 128 bits. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted. This ensures that the content transmitted is only intelligible to the "client" computer and the PARQUES REUNIDOS server. The User can verify that it is within a secure environment if a closed padlock appears in the status bar of your browser. The security guarantee of the PARQUES REUNIDOS servers is supported by a certificate issued by the company VeriSign. This certificate guarantees that the client is communicating his data to a server of PARQUES REUNIDOS and not to a third party trying to impersonate it.

PARQUES REUNIDOS, in its commitment to fraud prevention, will collaborate both with the payment platforms used for the purchase of products through the Portal, as well as with the competent authorities, providing the information of any transaction that may be necessary, always in compliance with the legal requirements in force.

Finally, PARQUES REUNIDOS is not responsible for the content of the websites that the User may access through the links established on its website and declares that under no circumstances will it examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other websites. Likewise, it does not guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of sites outside its property that can be accessed through the links.

1.7 Incorporation of the Special Conditions of Contract and of the Park's Operating Rules. 

The purchase and use of any Product through the Portal entails the acceptance of the General Conditions of Contract, the acceptance of the Particular Conditions of Contract applicable to the Products and services purchased; and the rules of operation of the Park that you can consult in Rules of Operation. Please read them carefully before proceeding with the purchase. 

2. PROCEDURE FOR DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS

In order for the User to be able to claim effectively in case of error, defect or deterioration; as well as to make effective the guarantees of quality or level of service offered, and to obtain, where appropriate, the equitable refund that may be relevant in the event that there has indeed been a breach or defective performance by PARQUES REUNIDOS, he/she may address his/her claim to:

Your complaint or claim will be assigned an identification code and a receipt that will be given to you. 

Likewise, the User as a consumer may request an out-of-court settlement of disputes, in accordance with Law 7/2017 of November 2, which transposes into Spanish law Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters.

3. SPECIAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS

SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS AND ONLINE TICKETS 

  1. The ticket will only allow access to the grounds of the Amusement Park (the "Park"). 
  2. The User must not cut, manipulate, damage or photocopy the Ticket. If any of these circumstances occur, access to the Park may be denied. 
  3. The User can access the Park directly by showing the turnstiles staff the paper ticket or the downloaded QR Code. Access via QR code is only allowed through the Park's app and not via image or screenshot. 
  4. If the User makes a mistake when purchasing a certain type of ticket through the Portal or the APP of the Park or Parques Reunidos (for example, purchases reduced tickets instead of general admission tickets, tickets for a different day than the one he/she really wants to go to the Park, etc.), he/she must make the appropriate change at the Park's ticket offices and pay, if applicable, the difference in price. For this change, the official retail price (PVP) of the maximum rate of the general admission ticket for access to the Park (€42.90) will be taken as a reference and not the price of advance ticket sales that appears on the Portal or the APP, and the User must pay the difference in the price of the tickets, where appropriate. Similarly, the difference, if any, will be paid to the User by bank transfer to the same account that the User indicated for the purchase of tickets through the Portal. 
  5. The ticket will be valid for the date stated on the ticket and during the opening hours stated on the Park's website. In this way, the ticket is valid EXCLUSIVELY for the day indicated in the "Validity Date" box above. Except if the User has selected "Flexiticket" (open day ticket). In this case the ticket will be valid until the end of the year of the purchase. Consult calendar and opening hours at www.parquedeatracciones.es or 912 000 795. 
  6. The ticket cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. No exchanges or refunds will be admitted with respect to having a specific date for their enjoyment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In other words, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of products due to the nature of the product. 
  7. Each ticket has a unique control barcode that allows ONLY ONE ACCESS to the Park. Once validated, it cannot be used at a later date. 
  8. If, for any reason, the User needs to leave the Park, he/she must contact the access staff or the Customer Service Department so that they can give him/her access again. If the User leaves the premises without giving proper notice, he/she will not be allowed to enter again. 
  9. If the User has purchased a ticket subject to special conditions (people with disabilities; people over 65 years of age; children; large family; etc.), he/she must prove compliance with these conditions at the time of access to the site, showing official supporting documentation (ID card, disability card, valid large family card in digital or physical format, etc.). The ticket will be free for children under 100 centimeters (measured with shoes). However, in order to enter free of charge, they must be accompanied by a person with a general or reduced-price ticket, or someone with another ticket that allows access. 
  10. The User must keep his/her ticket throughout his/her stay in the Park and show it at the request of any employee. 
  11. Resale of tickets to third parties is prohibited. 
  12. The User is informed that the Park may be closed for adverse weather, capacity, safety and public health reasons. PARQUES REUNIDOS will try to give as much advance notice as possible through the Portal and the official profiles on social networks and will offer the User a new date for the enjoyment of their tickets or any other measure that allows maintaining the balance of the contractual relationship. 
  13. The User is informed that some attractions, shows, restaurants, stores and/or rides  may remain closed for organizational or technical reasons, which may include maintenance, repairs, updates and/or improvements, as well as for meteorological reasons that make it impossible or inadvisable to open them for safety reasons or due to the technical limitations of the attractions or facilities due to rain, hail, snow, wind or changes in temperature. PARQUES REUNIDOS will try to give as much advance notice as possible through the Portal, the official profiles on social networks and at the Park's information points.
  14. Are incorporated by reference to the Rules of Operation of the Park. The purchase and use of any item for sale on the Internet implies acceptance of the online purchase conditions, as well as acceptance of the Park's operating rules.     

SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE OF THE SPEEDY PASS 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: During the purchase process, you will only be able to purchase one type of Speedy Pass.

Speedy Pass Gold

1.        This product is an add-on and does NOT include admission to the Park.

2.        The Speedy Pass Gold Pass entitles you to a 90% reduction in the estimated queuing time.

3.        The Speedy Pass Gold Pass is valid for selected Park rides on the day of use. Rides are subject to change and may include the following (water rides are closed between the months of November and March): unlimited access (Abismo, Aserradero, La Jungla, La Lanzadera, La Máquina, Los Fiordos, Los Rápidos, Rotor, Sillas Voladoras, Star Flyer, Tarántula, Tifón, TNT – Tren de la Mina, Top Spin, Tornado, Vértigo and Zeppelin), and one only access per attraction at the following: Cazamedusas de Patricio, Hero Spin, La Aventura de Dora la Exploradora, Los Globos Locos, Magneto de Jimmy Neutron, Nickelodeon Express, Padrinos Voladores, Patrulla Canina and Splash Bash.

4.        The following rides are not eligible for the Speedy Pass Gold Pass: Cine 4D, Coches de choque Rugrats, TMNT - Driving School and Al bosque con Diego.

5.        If any of the rides eligible for the Speedy Pass is not available, substitutes may include the following: Tíovivo and Simulador Virtual.

6.        The Park reserves the right to close any rides for reasons of space, safety, technical reasons, maintenance and/or for public health reasons.

7.        After purchasing your Speedy Pass Gold Pass You must log in to the PLATFORM from your mobile phone.

8.        To enter and use the PLATFORM You need to create an account. To create an account You will need to enter an email address and provide a password.

9.        You may book one trip at a time, unless you have several Speedy Pass Passes on the same account, in which case You may make several (but no more than 4) bookings at the same time.

10.    Once a booking for an eligible ride has been made, a countdown will start and a QR Code will appear once at the end. Please go to the Speedy Pass entrance of the relevant ride and show your QR Code to our staff for scanning and joining the Speedy Pass queue.

11.    To access the Speedy Pass queue You must go to the Speedy Pass gate and wait in line at the Speedy Pass entrance. Speedy Pass Gold Pass holders and holders of standard admission tickets will be admitted to the ride on an alternate basis.

12.    Please note that because of the operating procedures of each ride, or due to unforeseen circumstances, short waiting times may occur.

13.    You are responsible for meeting the allocated travel time on the booking. No refunds or compensation will be given for time lost on bookings due to delays caused by You.

14.     You may cancel or change your booking at any ride at any time before the scheduled ride time. However, if You wish to make another booking the waiting time will be reset for that new booking.

15.    Please note that on rides where access is shared with disabled guests, priority will always be given to them.

16.    IMPORTANT: To use the Speedy Pass Gold Pass Your mobile phone must be compatible with the PLATFORM and allow you to (i) access and use the PLATFORM, and (ii) scan QR codes. The service requires compatible devices and access to the Internet or the use of your own Wi-Fi network. This service and product require updates and may be affected by the operation of these factors. You agree that it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements, which may change from time to time.

17.    The Speedy Pass Gold Pass does not give You any seating preference on rides nor does it entitle you to access private functions.

18.    The Speedy Pass Gold Pass is subject to availability. The number of passes offered for sale each day is limited.

19.    Exclusive use on the day of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted, as Speedy Pass Gold Passes are issued for a specific date, or a specific period, for use.  Article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, enacting the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws does not apply. This means that You do not have the right to cancel your purchase due to the nature of the product. Passes are not for sale.

20.    The Speedy Pass Gold Pass is personal and non-transferable. Tampering will result in cancellation of your Pass.

21.    The Park Operating Regulations and the rules and restrictions for the use of the rides are incorporated by reference.

Speedy Pass Silver

1. This product is an add-on and therefore does NOT include admission to the Park.

2.  The Speedy Pass Silver Pass entitles you to a 50% reduction in the estimated queuing time.

3. The Speedy Pass Silver Pass is valid for selected Park rides on the day of use. Rides are subject to change and may include unlimited access in the following (water rides are closed between the months of November and March) Abismo, Aserradero, La Jungla, La Lanzadera, La Máquina, Los Fiordos, Los Rápidos, Rotor, Sillas Voladoras, Star Flyer, Tarántula, Tifón, TNT – Tren de la Mina, Top Spin, Tornado, Vértigo y Zeppelin.

4. The following rides are not eligible for the Speedy Pass Silver Pass: Simulador Virtual, Tiovivo, Cine 4D, Patrulla Canina, Splash Bash, Hero Spin, Nickelodeon Express, Coches de choque Rugrats, TMNT - Driving School, Al bosque con Diego, Los globos locos, Padrinos voladores, La aventura de Dora, Magneto de Jimmy Neutron, Cazamedusas de Patricio.

Speedy Pass One Shot -one only access-

1. This product is an add-on and therefore does NOT include admission to the Park.

2. The Speedy Pass Family Pass consists of an instant booking on the Speedy Pass queue. It is valid for one single trip on an eligible ride during the pass validity date.

3. The Speedy Pass Family One Shot is valid for selected Park rides on the day of use. 4. The following rides are not eligible for the Speedy Pass Family Pass: Cine 4D, Coches de choque Rugrats, TMNT - Driving School y Al bosque con Diego.

5. If any of the rides eligible for the Speedy Pass is not available, substitutes may include the following: Simulador Virtual y Tíovivo.

6. The Park reserves the right to close any rides for reasons of space, safety, technical reasons, maintenance and/or for public health reasons.

7. After purchasing your Speedy Pass One Shot You must log in to the PLATFORM from your mobile phone

8. To enter and use the PLATFORM You need to create an account. To create an account You will need to enter an email address and provide a password.

9. You may book one trip at a time, unless you have several Speedy Pass Passes on the same account, in which case You may make several (but no more than 4) bookings at the same time.

10. Once a booking for an eligible ride has been made, a countdown will start and a QR Code will appear once at the end. Please go to the Speedy Pass entrance of the relevant ride and show your QR Code to our staff for scanning and joining the Speedy Pass queue.

11. To access the Speedy Pass queue You must go to the Speedy Pass gate and wait in line at the Speedy Pass entrance. Speedy Pass One Shot holders and holders of standard admission tickets will be admitted to the ride on an alternate basis.

12. Please note that because of the operating procedures of each ride, or due to unforeseen circumstances, short waiting times may occur.

13. You are responsible for meeting the allocated travel time on the booking. No refunds or compensation will be given for time lost on bookings due to delays caused by You.

14. You may cancel or change your booking at any ride at any time before the scheduled ride time. However, if You wish to make another booking the waiting time will be reset for that new booking.

15. Please note that on rides where access is shared with disabled guests, priority will always be given to them.

16. IMPORTANT: To use the Speedy Pass Family Pass Your mobile phone must be compatible with the PLATFORM and allow you to (i) access and use the PLATFORM, and (ii) scan QR codes. The service requires compatible devices and access to the Internet or the use of your own Wi-Fi network. This service and product require updates and may be affected by the operation of these factors. You agree that it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements, which may change from time to time.

17. The Speedy Pass One Shot does not give You any seating preference on rides nor does it entitle you to access private functions.

18. The Speedy Pass One Shot is subject to availability. The number of passes offered for sale each day is limited.

19. Exclusive use on the day of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted, as Speedy Pass One Shot are issued for a specific date, or a specific period, for use.  Article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, enacting the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws does not apply. This means that You do not have the right to cancel your purchase due to the nature of the product. Passes are not for sale.

20. The Speedy Pass One Shot is personal and non-transferable. Tampering will result in cancellation of your Pass.

21. The Park Operating Regulations and the rules and restrictions for the use of the rides are incorporated by reference.

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE OF THE ANNUAL FOTOPASS "RIDES".

The Annual Fotopass Rides (hereinafter "Annual FTP Rides") allows the User to download unlimited digital photographs and/or videos taken at the photo and video points (hereinafter "Photo and Video Points") of Parque de Atracciones de Madrid (hereinafter the "Park") which will be indicated below, in accordance with the calendar and opening hours of the Park.

2. The Photography and Video Points of the Park are:

3.        The Park reserves the right to close any Photo and Video Point, or to change, delay and/or cancel the service, for operational, capacity, security, technical, maintenance and/or public health reasons. The User should check whether there are any closures planned for any of the Photography and Video Points indicated on the day of their visit, and find out the opening times of the different Photography and Video Points, the different points of sale of photography and/or video to which Users should go each time they enter the Park to use the Annual FTP Rides, as well as the rest of the points of sale in the Park and the counters of the attractions and/or photographic stands where photographs and videos can be downloaded. The User can consult this information at Customer Services and at the different points of sale in the Park. The availability of the characters is subject to change for operational reasons.

4. The User may only purchase photographs and/or videos in which the User himself/herself appears. Under no circumstances will photographs or videos be sold to a User in which the User does not appear.

5. The Annual FTP Rides will be valid from its acquisition by the User until the end of the season in the Park in which it has been acquired. The User may consult this information on the Park's website and at the Customer Service Department.

6. This product is additional and, therefore, does NOT include entrance to the Park.

7. With the purchase of the Annual FTP Rides, the User will receive a purchase ticket in digital format (hereinafter the "Ticket"), which must be kept until the time when, on their next visit to the Park, they show it to the Park staff at any of the authorised photo and video points of sale in the Park (hereinafter "Point of Sale").

8. On the first visit to the Park after the purchase of the Annual FTP Rides, the User must go to a Point of Sale, where the Park staff will check that the User has purchased the Annual FTP Rides by showing the Ticket, and, after which, they will indicate the application that the User must necessarily download onto their mobile phone in order to use the Annual FTP Rides (hereinafter the "APP"). For this purpose, at the Point of Sale, the User will be provided with a QR code that the User must scan with his/her mobile phone, which will enable him/her to activate the APP for its use.

9. Once the APP has been downloaded and activated, the Park staff will provide and place one (1) personalised wristband for identification as a User of the Annual FTP Rides (hereinafter the "FTP Rides Wristband").

10. Each FTP Rides Wristband is valid for one (1) day, so it will only be valid for the day of the visit on which it is provided to the User at a Point of Sale. Therefore, once the APP has been downloaded and activated, the User must go to a Point of Sale on each of his/her visits to the Park, where the Park staff will check the expiry date of the Annual FTP Rides and will provide him/her with the corresponding FTP Rides Wristband for that day.

11. The Park will not be responsible for the loss of the FTP Rides Wristband. If the User finds that the FTP Rides Wristband is suffering any kind of damage, he/she must go to a Point of Sale for repair and/or replacement, showing the APP downloaded by the User, where the staff will be able to check the expiry date of the product.

12. When the User wants to download a photograph and/or video taken at any of the Photo and Video Points, he/she must go to the staff at a Point of Sale or at the counters of the attractions and/or photo booths where the photographs and videos can be downloaded, showing his/her FTP Rides Wristband. After carrying out the necessary checks, the staff will show a QR code that the User must scan, and the selected photos and videos will be downloaded automatically. No download QR code will be provided to any User not wearing the FTP Rides Wristband.

13. The Annual FTP Rides only allows the download of photos and/or videos in digital format. It does not include physical printing or the provision of any media for storage and/or reproduction.

14.bOnce the photos and/or videos have been downloaded to the APP, they will be kept on the APP for a limited period of time. The User has a maximum period of 90 days for photographs and 20 days for videos to download the photos and/or videos from the APP to their mobile phone and/or any other device of the User. After this period, the photos and videos will be deleted from the APP without the possibility of recovering them.

15. IMPORTANT: In order to enjoy the Annual FTP Rides it is essential that the User has a mobile phone that is compatible with the APP and allows (i) the download and installation of the necessary mobile application; as well as (ii) the reading of QR codes.

16. Non-refundable for its economic value. No exchanges or refunds will be admitted as there is a specific date - or a specific period - for its enjoyment, in accordance with the provisions of article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In other words, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product due to the nature of the product.

17. Not for sale to third parties. Not combinable with other promotions or discounts.

With regard to the treatment of the video and/or photograph acquired by you (image), we inform you that this will be treated individually by PARQUE DE ATRACCIONES MADRID S.A.U. and the company that manages its central services, Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A. as data controllers and jointly as co-responsible parties, solely for the purpose of allowing the User to download his/her photographs and/or videos as a souvenir of his/her visit to the park and on the basis of the execution of the contract derived from the purchase of the FTP Rides Annual product (general contracting conditions and these specific contracting conditions). On arrival at the Park, the User must go with the Ticket to any of the Park's authorised photo and video points of sale (hereinafter "Point of Sale"), where the Park staff will check that the User has purchased the Daily Premium FTP by showing the Ticket. Once confirmed, they will indicate the application that the User must necessarily download to his/her mobile phone to use the Daily Premium FTP (hereinafter the "APP"). For this purpose, at the Point of Sale, the User will be provided with a QR code that the User must scan with his/her mobile phone, which will enable the APP to be activated for use. Once the APP has been downloaded and activated, the Park staff will provide and place one (1) personalised wristband for identification as a Daily Premium FTP User (hereinafter the "Premium FTP Wristband"), which the User may use only on the day of the visit to the Park.

9. The Park shall not be liable for the loss of the Premium FTP Wristband. If the User finds that the Premium FTP Wristband is suffering any kind of damage, he/she must go to a Point of Sale for repair and/or replacement, showing the downloaded APP where the staff will check the expiry date of the product.

10. When the User wants to download a photograph and/or video taken at any of the Photo and Video Points, he/she must go to the staff at a Point of Sale or at the counters of the attractions and/or photo booths where the photographs and/or videos can be downloaded, showing his/her FTP Premium Wristband. After carrying out the necessary checks, the staff will show a QR code that the User must scan, and the selected photos and videos will be downloaded automatically. No download QR code will be provided to any User not wearing the Premium FTP Wristband.

11. The FTP Premium Daily only allows the downloading of photos and/or videos in digital format. It does not include physical printing or the delivery of any media for storage and/or reproduction.

12. Once the photos have been downloaded to the APP, they will be stored in the APP for a limited period of time. The User has a maximum period of 90 days for photographs and 20 days for videos to download the photos and/or videos from the APP to his/her mobile phone and/or any other device of the User. After this period, the photos and videos will be deleted from the APP without the possibility of recovering them.

13. IMPORTANT: In order to enjoy the Daily Premium FTP it is essential that the User has a mobile phone that is compatible with the APP and allows (i) the download and installation of the necessary mobile application; as well as (ii) the reading of QR codes.

14. Non-refundable for its economic value. No exchanges or refunds will be admitted as there is a specific date - or a specific period - for its enjoyment, in accordance with the provisions of article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In other words, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of product due to the nature of the product.

16.       With regard to the treatment of the video and/or photograph acquired by you (image), we inform you that it will be treated individually by PARQUE DE ATRACCIONES MADRID S.A.U. and the company that manages its central services, Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A., as responsible for the treatment and jointly as co-responsible solely for the purpose of allowing the User to download his/her photographs and videos as a souvenir of his/her visit. as data controllers and jointly as co-responsible parties, solely for the purpose of allowing the User to download their photographs and videos as a souvenir of their visit to the park and on the basis of the execution of the contract derived from the purchase of the FTP Premium Daily product (general contracting conditions and these specific contracting conditions). You may at any time exercise your rights (access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation, portability or, where applicable, not to be subject to automated decisions including profiling) by sending your request to the attention of the Data Protection Officer of the data controllers to dpo@grpr.com or Federico Mompou, 5, Parque Empresarial "Las Tablas", Edificio 1 - Planta 3ª, 28050, Madrid. If there are reasonable doubts as to the identity of the holder of the personal data, a copy of an official document (DNI/NIE/Passport) may be requested in order to process the request. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency when you consider it necessary to safeguard your rights. Full information on the processing of images captured in the photograph(s) and video(s) acquired by the User can be found in the Park's Privacy Policy and the Privacy Policy applicable to customers who purchase the FTP Premium Daily product.

17.     The Park's Operating Rules are hereby incorporated by reference. The purchase and use of any item for sale on the Internet implies acceptance of the Park's General Terms and Conditions of Contract and online purchase, as well as acceptance of the Park's Operating Rules. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE OF THE EXPRESS MENU 

1. This product is additional and, therefore, does NOT include the entrance fee to the Park.          

2.The printed sheet or the QR Code downloaded in the Park's app, of the chosen menu option and depending on the online transaction previously made by the User, will be exchanged for an 'Express Menu' with French fries and drink (bottle of water, soft drink or small beer), included by default in the menu, with one of the following options: 

  • 100g beef burger with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion, to be redeemed at Nickelodeon Café. 
  • Hot dog with frankfurter sausage with ketchup or mustard, redeemable at Nickelodeon Café. 

  • Tortilla sandwich to be exchanged at El Templete. 

  • Pizza slice to choose between Pecado Carnal, Barbecue, Four Cheese, Campiña or Prosciutto Pizza, to be redeemed at Domino's Pizza. 
  • Omelette (Tortilla) sandwich or Bacon sandwich to be redeemed at La Plaza.

The items offered in the 'Express Menu' may vary according to point of sale. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Catering Department, the above mentioned items cannot be offered, they will be replaced by a similar or superior product to the one offered.

4. Each Express Menu corresponds to a Ticket-Menu with its corresponding unique control code that entitles to only one redempton. 

5.  The Ticket-menu corresponding to the 'Express Menu', will be redeemable from the opening to the closing of the above mentioned points of sale. Consult the schedule on the day of the visit at the Customer Service Office. No other type of menu may be exchanged. 

6. The Ticket-menu must not be lost, as it will be required from the User at the time of redemption at the point of restoration. The User must not cut, manipulate, damage or photocopy the Ticket. If any of these circumstances should occur, the Ticket-menu cannot be exchanged for the Ticket-menu.

11. The drink of the Express Menu is served in the reusable glass of Parque de Atracciones de Madrid. This glass has a deposit of 1€ per glass that the user can donate to the Ecomar Foundation for the cleaning of coasts or recover it after the return of the glass.

12. Users may only place an online order involving the purchase and/or delivery of alcoholic beverages through the Portal if they are of legal age. When placing an Order that includes alcoholic beverages, the User must confirm that they are at least 18 years of age.  PARQUES REUNIDOS reserves the right to refuse to deliver the Order of alcohol to the person who cannot prove to be at least 18 years of age at the time of picking up the Order, which must be accredited by showing the National Identity Document when picking up the Order physically at the establishment. The User who, being of legal age, acquires alcoholic beverages through the Portal will be responsible for not providing such alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. He/she shall be personally liable for any breach in this regard, which shall be considered a serious breach of both these Special Contracting Conditions and the Park's Operating Rules.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO COCA-COLA FREESTYLE CUP

  1. The Coca-Cola freestyle cup ticket will be exchanged for 1 unit of Coca-Cola free cup. In case of acquiring 2 or 3 Coca-Cola freestyle cups, it will be exchanged for 2 or 3 cups, respectively. Do not lose the ticket, it will be required when making the exchange in catering places: Mercado de San Isidro, El Templete, La Plaza, Granizados Abismo and Nickelodeon Café, on your mobile or printed. The cup can be refilled every 60 min at Coca-Cola Fresstyle refill stations that are located through the park: Next to the merendero, Granizados Abismo and at Niceklodeon Land. The cup can be used in a future visit, at a cost of €10 per cup to reactivate it. If for reasons unrelated to the Restoration Department, what is offered in advertising cannot be offered, it will be replaced by a product similar to the one offered.   2. The purchase and use of any item for sale on the Internet entails acceptance of the online purchase conditions as well as acceptance of the Park's operating rules.

  5. The User must comply with all TWD Experience rules available at the entrance to the TWD Experience. 
  6. The User should consult the opening and closing times on the website or in the Park's APP.

  15. No prior reservation is required. The User must consult the opening hours of the passage on the website, APP, Customer Service or in the Park's stores.

Regarding the processing of the photograph (image) acquired by you, we inform you that it will be processed individually by Parque de Atracciones Madrid, S.A.U. and the company that manages its central services, Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A. as data controllers and jointly as co-responsible solely for the purpose of you being able to acquire your photograph as a souvenir of your visit to the park and based on the execution of the contract derived from the purchase of said photograph (general conditions of contract and these particular conditions of contract). At any time you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation, portability or, where appropriate, not to be subject to automated decisions including profiling) by sending your request along with a copy of your ID card or other document by which we can prove that you are the owner of the personal data on which your request concerns, to the attention of the Data Protection Officer of the data controllers at dpo@grpr.com or Federico Mompou, 5, Parque Empresarial "Las Tablas", Edificio 1 - Planta 3ª, 28050, Madrid. SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS FOR GROUPS / SCHOOLS. 

  1. This product includes admission. It will only allow access to the grounds of the Amusement Park (the "Park"). The ticket will be valid for the date stated on the ticket and during the opening hours stated on the Park's website. Thus, the ticket is valid EXCLUSIVELY for the day indicated in the "Validity Date" box above. Consult calendar and opening hours at www.parquedeatracciones.es or 912 000 795. 
  2. The reservation will be for a minimum of TWENTY (20) people and must be made at least TEN (10) DAYS in advance (i.e. 240 hours before the opening time of the park) both for the case in which only the access to the Madrid Amusement Park is reserved and also if, additionally, you wish to hire catering service, in case it is available. 
  3. The User must follow all the indications and instructions contained in each moment of the BOOKING process on the screen (BOOKING), filling in the information required by the forms set in the Portal, which will imply the previous reading and acceptance of all the General and Particular Conditions of contracting set in the same, so that the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered in the Booking section of the Portal. 
  4. Non-refundable for its economic value. No exchanges or refunds will be admitted as they have a specific date -or a specific period- for their enjoyment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.   5. At the time of booking, the user must pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer or deposit. 
  6. If the type of product contracted is "Schools", on the day of the visit, the User must present a letter signed and stamped by the school principal at the Schools/Groups ticket office, certifying that they come from an official school. Otherwise, they may be denied access or required to pay the difference in price. 
  7. In the event of not being able to make the visit on the stipulated date, the User must inform the Park at least 48 hours before the opening time of the Park on the day of the visit. In this case, the Park will offer a new date for the visit. 
  8. Failure of the group to attend on the day of the visit will result in the loss of the amount paid by the User. 
  9. Each visitor member of the group will receive a ticket to access the park grounds during the opening hours established on the day of the visit. 
  10. If it is possible for operational reasons, the User may hire catering services for a certain number of visitors previously arranged with the User, who must inform the Park in advance about the food allergies of the members of the group. 
  11. The menu will be specified and agreed upon at least TEN (10) DAYS (240 hours) prior to the group's visit. Outside this period, the User will not be able to demand the modification of the menu. Notwithstanding the above, the Park will consider any proposal for alteration of the menu requested by the User. However, the Park will only accept such proposals if it considers, at its sole discretion, that it can duly meet them due to its operational possibilities. 
  12. The User has at his disposal, both on the website of the park and at the point of restoration all the necessary information regarding allergens so that he can make a choice suited to his needs. The user must inform the Park if any of the diners have special needs due to allergies and / or food intolerances. The Park declines any responsibility in case the User consumes a product to which he/she is allergic or intolerant. 
  13. The total number of guests shall be confirmed by the User at least TEN (10) DAYS in advance (i.e. 240 hours before the opening time of the Park on the day of the visit). Outside this period, the User will not be able to demand from Parques the modification of the number of diners. 
  14. The catering service will be provided at one of the Park's catering points. The Park reserves the right to modify these facilities for operational reasons, replacing the initial facility with another of similar characteristics. 
  15. The reservation of the visit does not imply, in any case, the exclusive reservation of the Park, the facilities where the food service is provided or the access to the attractions. 
  16. The User is informed that the Park may be closed for adverse weather, capacity, safety and public health reasons. The Park will try to give as much advance notice as possible through the Portal and official profiles on social networks and will offer the User a new date for the enjoyment of their tickets or any other measure to maintain the balance of the contractual relationship. 
  17. The Park will not be responsible for the loss, theft, robbery or damage to any property of the User and/or his/her guests inside the Park for reasons not attributable to the Park or its personnel.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO COMMUNIONS (the "Event"). 

  1. This product includes admission. It will only allow access to the grounds of the Amusement Park (the "Park").   2. The User must follow all the indications and instructions contained in each moment of the BOOKING process on the screen (BOOKING), filling in the information required by the forms set in the portal, which will imply the prior reading and acceptance of all the General and Particular Conditions of contracting set in the same, so that the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered in the Booking section of the Portal. 
  3. The total amount (hereinafter, the "Total Amount") that the User must pay to Parques will be the result of multiplying the price of each individual menu by the total number of guests at the Event. In case the child celebrating his/her Communion at the Park is a holder of a Parque de Atracciones Madrid Bronze Park Pass or a Parque de Atracciones Madrid Silver Park Pass, he/she will receive a 5% discount on the Total Amount, and in case the child is a holder of a Parques Gold or Platinum Park Pass, he/she will receive a 10% discount on the Total Amount. The Bono Parques must be valid on the day of the celebration of the Event. This discount cannot be accumulated with other promotions. If any of the attendees to the birthday is a Bono Parques member, the same price will be paid as for the rest of the attendees. 
  4. At the time of contracting, the User must pay, as a deposit, the amount of FIVE HUNDRED (500) EUROS. The remaining amounts to be paid by the User until the Total Amount is paid to the Park, shall be paid in full by the User by bank transfer or bank deposit at least ten (10) days prior to the Event. In the event that the User does not pay the outstanding amounts within the indicated term, the Park may demand late payment interest at the legal interest rate plus two (2) percentage points and compensation for damages to which the User may be entitled. 
  5. The cancellation of the Event will entail, in any case, the loss of the amount paid by the Customer as a deposit, which will be held by Parques as a non-replacement penalty clause. Additionally, in those cases in which the cancellation is made within SEVEN (7) days prior to the Event, the Client must pay to Parques an amount equivalent to the amount that remains to be paid up to NINETY percent (90%) of the Total Amount. 
  6. Non-refundable for its economic value. No exchanges or refunds will be admitted as they have a specific date -or a specific period- for their enjoyment, in accordance with the provisions of Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. In other words, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this type of products due to the nature of the product. Prohibited its sale to third parties. 
  7. The reservation shall be for a minimum of TWENTY (20) people and must be made at least FIFTEEN (15) DAYS in advance (i.e. 360 hours before the opening time of the Park on the day of the celebration). The total number of guests must be confirmed definitively at least EIGHT (8) days in advance (i.e. 272 hours before the opening time of the Park on the day of the celebration). 
  8. The menu will be specified and agreed upon at least FIFTEEN (15) DAYS in advance (i.e. 360 hours before the opening time of the Park on the day of the celebration). Outside this period, the User will not be able to demand the modification of the menu. Notwithstanding the above, the Park will consider any proposal for alteration of the menu requested by the User. However, the Park will only accept such proposals if it considers, at its sole discretion, that it can duly meet them due to its operational possibilities. 
  9. The User has at his disposal, both on the Park's website and at the catering point, all the necessary information regarding allergens so that he can make a suitable choice according to his needs. The User must inform the Park at least FIFTEEN (15) DAYS in advance (i.e. 360 hours before the opening time of the Park on the day of the celebration) if any of the guests have special needs due to allergies and/or food intolerances. The Park declines any responsibility in case the User or any of the diners consumes a product to which he/she is allergic or intolerant. 
  10. At the time of booking, the user must pay 100% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer or deposit. 
  11. Each visitor member of the group will receive a ticket for access to the park grounds during the opening hours established on the day of the visit. 
  12. The catering service will be provided at one of the Park's catering points. The Park reserves the right to modify these facilities for operational reasons, replacing the initial facility with another of similar characteristics. 
  13. In the event that the User contracts the Event, the Park will present the child whose Communion is being celebrated on the day of the Event with (i) a gift that can be picked up at the main store of the Park, and (ii) a Parques Bronze Voucher for Parque de Atracciones Madrid for the current season. In the event that the Communion of more than one child is being celebrated simultaneously, Parques will give, provided that there is a minimum of twenty (20) guests per child, a Parques Bronze Voucher for Parque de Atracciones Madrid for the current year to each of the children whose Communion is being celebrated. 
  14. The reservation of the Event does not imply, in any case, the exclusive reservation of the Park, of the facilities where the catering service is provided or of the access to the attractions. 
  15. The User is informed that the Park may be closed for adverse weather, capacity, safety and public health reasons. The Park will try to give as much advance notice as possible through the Portal and official profiles on social networks and will offer the User a new date for the enjoyment of their tickets or any other measure to maintain the balance of the contractual relationship. 
  16. The Park shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, robbery or damage to any property of the User and/or his/her guests inside the Park for reasons not attributable to the Park or its personnel.

PARTICULAR CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO COMMUNIONS FROM 4PM (the "Event"). 

€ 21,90 entrance fee per person. Promotion applicable at the park's ticket office. Minimum 10 paying persons accompanying the protagonist of the Communion. Free admission for the protagonist of the Communion. Necessary to come dressed in Communion dress. Special price for access to the park after 4:00 pm. Not for sale. Promotion not applicable to other types of tickets. Not combinable with other offers and/or promotions. Non-refundable for its economic value. PARTICULAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO BIRTHDAYS (the "Event")  

  1. This product includes admission. It will only allow access to the Amusement Park (the "Park"). The ticket will be valid for the date of the Event. Consult calendar and opening hours at www.parquedeatracciones.es or 912 000 795. Regarding the chosen modality, the access to the Park will be allowed from 12h in the modality "Full Day Celebration" and from 15h- in the modality "Afternoon Celebration". 
  2. Reservations must be made for a minimum of TEN (10) children between the ages of 3 and 14 years old, inclusive, and must be made at least TEN (10) DAYS in advance (i.e. 240 hours before the opening time of the park). 
  3. The User must follow all the indications and instructions contained in each moment of the BOOKING process on the screen (BOOKING), filling in the information required by the forms set in the portal, which will imply the prior reading and acceptance of all the General and Particular Conditions of contracting set in the same, so that the User declares to know and accept these procedures as necessary to access the products and services offered in the Booking section of the Portal. 
  4. Payment will be made in advance by bank transfer 72 business hours before the date of visit. The remaining amounts to be paid by the User until the Park is satisfied with the Total Amount will be paid in full by the User before the Event is held. In the event that the User does not pay the outstanding amounts within the indicated term, the Park may demand late payment interest at the legal interest rate plus two (2) percentage points and compensation for damages to which it may be entitled. 
  5. The total amount (hereinafter, the "Total Amount") shall be the sum of the price corresponding to each of the guests at the Event, including any additional services that, if applicable, are contracted. If the minimum of TEN (10) children is not reached, the User shall pay the difference. For every ten (10) paid children, the Park will provide one (1) free adult tickets for parents / companions. In case the child celebrating the Event in the Park is a Parque de Atracciones Madrid Bono Parques Bronze, Parque de Atracciones Madrid Bono Parques Silver, or Parque de Atracciones Bono Parques Gold he/she will get a 5% discount on the Total Amount, and in case the child is a Parque de Atracciones Madrid Bono Parques Gold Plus or Bono Parques Platinum, he/she will get a 10% discount on the Total Amount. The Bono Parques must be valid on the day of the celebration of the Event. This discount cannot be accumulated with other promotions. If any of the attendees to the birthday is a Bono Parques member, the same price will be paid as for the rest of the attendees. 
  6. The User may modify his/her reservation up to SEVENTY TWO (72) business HOURS before the opening of the Park on the day of the Event. If, for any reason, this modification consists of changing the date of the Event, a new date will be agreed upon subject to availability of the Park or, at the User's choice, the Event will be cancelled and the deposit will be exchanged for tickets to the Park for the current year. 
  7. The cancellation of the Event by the User less than SEVENTY TWO (72) business HOURS before the opening of the Park on the day of the Event will entail, in any case, the loss of the amount paid by the User as a deposit, which will be held by Parques as a non-replacement penalty clause. 
  8. This product includes catering service. Whether the Event is held in Full Day or Afternoon mode, Parques will provide its Clients with a catering service consisting of the preparation and service of a specific number of snacks whose time, place and menu will be determined by Parques. The menu is a snack (not lunch) available for the afternoon or day option that will consist of:  
  • Big Burger (111 gr. only meat hamburger) and 4 Nuggets.

 

  • Potato Chips

  • drink (soft drink or water). 

 

  • PortDon of birthday cake. 

 9. The catering service will be provided at one of the Park's catering points. The Park reserves the right to modify these facilities for operational reasons, replacing the initial facility with another of similar characteristics.

12.The Park shall not be liable for the loss, theft, robbery or damage to any property of the User and/or his/her guests inside the Park for reasons not attributable to the Park or its personnel. 

13.The User is informed that the Park may be closed for adverse weather, capacity, safety and public health reasons. The Park will try to give as much advance notice as possible through the Portal and official profiles on social networks and will offer the User a new date for the enjoyment of their tickets or any other measure to maintain the balance of the contractual relationship.

15. Upon arrival at the Park, the User will have to identify himself/herself at the Information Office, and Parques will give him/her the birthday bibs, which he/she will have to return before leaving the Park facilities in the same state of conservation in which he/she received them. In order for Parques to deliver the birthday bibs, the User must pay a deposit of TWENTY EUROS (20 €), which will be fully refunded at the time of the full and proper return of the bibs. The Park will deduct from the deposit the amount of FIVE EUROS (5 €) for each undelivered bib. In the event that the value of the bibs not delivered exceeds the deposit, the User shall pay the difference. 

 16. Are incorporated by reference to the Rules of Operation of the Park. The purchase and use of any item for sale on the Internet implies acceptance of the online purchase conditions, as well as acceptance of the Park's operating rules. 

 17. Prohibited its sale to third parties. 

IV. NULLITY AND INEFFECTIVENESS OF CLAUSES 

If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness shall only affect such provision, or part thereof, which is null or ineffective, and the rest of the General Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and such provision, or the part thereof that is affected, shall be deemed not to have been included, unless, because it is essential to these General Terms and Conditions, it should affect them in their entirety.

V. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 

These General Terms and Conditions and the particular conditions that may be applicable shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law.

For any litigious matter that may arise, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals to be determined according to the applicable rules of procedural distribution and consumer and user protection.
