INFORMATION TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

• General admission:  
  • People 140 cm tall and over.
• Reduced entry:
  • People between 100 and 140 cm tall. They will be measured with their footwear at the entrance of the enclosure.
  • People up to 65 years old.
  • Large families: a valid large family card, in digital or physical format, or valid large family book needs to be shown to the park entry staff.
  • People with disabilities by at least 33%. Includes free access for one accompanying person, who will need to enter at the same time as the person with disability. They will need to present a valid disability card to park entry staff*.
• Exempt from payment:
  • Those under 100 cm tall.
  • In this case, they must be accompanied by someone with a paid ticket or a valid Park Pass.

*Conditions of entry for people with disabilities to rides at the park:

They will also have priority access to the attractions, for which it will also be necessary to present their ID card and Official Disabled Persons' Card (33% or higher). The disabled person and a maximum of 3 companions will be given an identification bracelet and a card that will give them priority access to all the attractions once. The disabled person must always ride in order to be able to use the priority access.

People with disabilities who have a special case to study should contact the Park's Customer Service Office, where a person in charge will provide a solution.
